From 19 to 23 November 2026, REVELATIONS CHINA will take place at the Shanghai Exhibition Centre (SEC) during Shanghai Art Week. For its second edition, the biennial will bring together more than 200 artists from 30 countries across 5,500 m². The fair targets gallery owners, designers, collectors, prescribers and cultural figures from China and around the world. Ateliers d’Art de France will present works by 12 material artists at its stand, in collaboration with the EMPREINTES gallery.

Following a highly successful first edition in Beijing, REVELATIONS CHINA continues to expand and is now establishing itself in Shanghai, at the heart of one of Asia’s most dynamic art scenes. Ateliers d'Art de France, owner of the Révélations brand, and Global ACE Group, the exclusive organiser of REVELATIONS CHINA, are delighted to continue this partnership.
As the international edition of Révélations, the international fine craft and creation biennial, REVELATIONS CHINA provides a forum for dialogue between creators, collectors, cultural institutions and professionals in the creative sector. It offers fine craft professionals from around the world a place to engage in conversation and a gateway to the Chinese and Asian markets. REVELATIONS CHINA is one of the four major art fairs at Shanghai Art Week.
Ateliers d’Art de France will be showcasing French craftsmanship there alongside the EMPREINTES gallery. Dedicated to exceptional contemporary pieces, the gallery highlights, beneath its glass roofs, the diversity of approaches, techniques and materials, showcasing unique pieces, all crafted in France. Having been based for 14 years on Rue de Thorigny, in Paris, opposite the Picasso Museum, the gallery moved a few streets away in 2020, to the second floor of 5 Rue de Picardie, tripling its floor space.
Every year, the gallery supports twelve material artists, ranging from established creators to promising young talents. Ceramics, glass, textiles, enamel, metal, mother-of-pearl: each material offers a field for exploration and transformation.
This year, each of the twelve fine craftspeople will present an artwork at the Ateliers d’Art de France stand at REVELATIONS CHINA. Four former exhibitors at the Révélations biennial – Frédérique Domergue, Jonathan Ausseresse, Alain Mailland and Jean-François Lemaire – will be joined there by Alexandra Ferdinande, Aurélia Westray, Lionel Hamon, Nosqua, Belinda Pollard, Claire Salin, Stéfanie Wesle and Emmanuelle Musset. Together, they will showcase the diversity of craftsmanship and contemporary expressions in fine crafts to an audience of collectors and professionals.
