My work is deeply rooted in the pre columbian monochrome pottery.
Hand build with the old techniques of pinching and coiling, my sculptural vessels are burnished with a river pebble and fired on gas kiln before the final traditional pit firing. My ceramics are the instinctive expression of the perception of my surroundings, the vast Atacama Desert.
