Youngho Park est né à Cheongong, où se tient la Biennale des métiers d'art de Cheongong. Il a commencé à étudier l'artisanat du verre à l'université de Cheongong et a obtenu une maîtrise. Il continue d'organiser diverses expositions et projets pour promouvoir l'artisanat du verre qu'il a étudié à Cheongong.
